1. Scope

These Terms apply to your use of the website and participation in our programs and sessions. By using the site or booking a session, you accept these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

Program and session fees are published on the site in CHF. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. Local requirements and any applicable taxes may apply.

3. Conduct

Please be respectful to facilitators and other participants. We may pause or discontinue sessions if behavior disrupts learning or safety.

4. Disclaimer

Programs are facilitative and educational. We do not provide medical or psychological treatment. No guarantee of specific outcomes is stated or implied.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Reschedule at least 24 hours before your session when possible.
• No-shows may be charged as completed sessions.
• We may reschedule due to facilitator illness or other reasonable reasons.

6. Return Policy

• Before the first session: you may request a refund of unused program fees minus any administrative costs.
• After sessions have started: partial refunds may be available for unused sessions upon request; completed sessions are not refundable.
• Workshops/circles: seat fees are refundable if you cancel no later than 48 hours before the event start; otherwise, we may offer a seat transfer where feasible.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.
